First Star – Blake Wheeler, Winnipeg Jets

Wheeler lead the NHL this last week with 2 goals and 8 assists for 10 points. This included multiple three-point games in the four games he played this week. The Jets had a 3-0-1 week and are currently sitting at the top of the western conference standings with a 17-6-4 record and 38 points.

Second Star – Carey Price, Montreal Canadiens

Third Star – Radek Faksa, Dallas Stars 

Faksa scored a league-best last week 5 goals and also contributed two assists for 7 total points last week. The Stars went 4-0 on the week and with a record of 16-10-1 has accumulated 33 points. Faksa also scored his first career hat trick in the NHL with all 3 goals coming in a span of 6 mins and 46 seconds in the second period of a 3-0 win against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Ryan Crappa is the 29-year-old owner and manager of Puck Planet. He has been a very passionate hockey fan, and more specifically Colorado Avalanche fan going on 17 years now. There have been very few seasons that he has missed more than a couple of games in very dire situations. He has always had a passion for writing as well from a young age.
